While monitoring and servicing solar systems one thing we learned is they are forgotten about. Typically a problem with the system is happening but no action to fix it is taking place, possibly even allowing more problems to happen. Some Customers are losing 1000 watts of energy a year and are not even realizing it.
Life is busy and if you only see small increases in energy bills you might just think it’s due to increased usage when in-fact the system is having problems.
Our Monitoring Customers have a piece of mind once every 30 Days a solar professional is looking at their systems data and acting quickly if it has a problem. You also have the piece of mind that if you need any service that year your first minimum fee is covered.
The Customer Receives The Following
- 3 Production Report Emails- These will include General Production Data From Website / Any Issues Seen Troubleshooted / Warranties Placed if Necessary- Auto RMA we immediately initiate warranty requests with the manufacturer if a problem is discovered.
- 1 Minimum Service Fee is Covered per Year! (If the case costs more than the
minimum, the customer is only charged the difference.) - Auto RMA – when a part fails a SolarFlair representative will place your warranty request and follow through with the manufacturer to get the part replaced.
